In addition to his role as Executive Director at SVP Seattle, Paul is the Founding President of SVP International, a North American federation of SVPs in 23 cities. He is also the Board Treasurer of Grantmakers For Effective Organizations, a national network of foundations focused on effectiveness and capacity-building.
Previously, Paul was Group Manager for worldwide operations of the Microsoft Corporation and Product Manager at Nestlé USA. Paul holds a bachelor's degree in accounting from Iowa State University and a master's of business administration degree, with concentration in marketing and finance, from the University of Texas.
Paul has always been a dedicated community volunteer. He has served on the board of the Children's Alliance in Seattle and Treepeople in Los Angeles. Paul enjoys spending quality time with his wife, Lori, and their three boys, Ben, Nick, and Sam. Paul spends his free time refereeing high school basketball.
